Shawn Conrad to race XR1200 at final round of AHRMA Battle of the Twins National series

(October 8th, 2009) – Shawn Conrad, 1999 AMA Pro Thunder champion, will be racing a Harley-Davidson XR1200 in the Battle of the Twins Formula 1 and Sound of Thunder classes at the final round of the AHRMA Michigan Engineering Historic Cup National Road Race Series, set for Oct. 10-11 at Barber Motorsports Park near Birmingham, Ala.
